When placing your orders you'll have three different shipping options: Free Recorded and Courier.
Recorded Shipping (Royal Mail Signed For)
This is a proof of delivery service. In the UK orders are tracked on delivery, meaning once the parcel has been signed for the Royal Mail will have a record of who signed, and when. When shipped outside of the UK your parcel is tracked as it enters the shipping country as well as proof being obtained when it's delivered.
UK - 1 to 3 working days
EU - 3 to 5 working days
Everywhere else - 7 to 10 working days
Courier Shipping (DPD Next Day)
This shipping method is tracked throughout its journey, and proof of delivery is obtained when delivered. The 'next day' service refers to the UK, where all parcels are delivered the next working day. Delivery estimates for other countries are slightly longer.
All delivery estimates are based on quotes supplied by the relevant courier. If your parcel is not delivered within the estimated window then it's very likely there has been a delay in transit.
If your order is shipped with either of the Royal Mail services we advise you wait 10 working days (UK shipping addresses) or 28 working days (any other shipping addresses) before contacting us. The Royal Mail will deem a parcel as lost if not delivered within these windows. Once deemed as lost we'll be able to work with you to resolve the problem.
All orders shipped with DPD are fully trackable and we recommend you contact DPD with your tracking number if there are any issues for the quickest resolution. Though if you'd like our help you can let us know using the details below.

We start working on your order as soon as it is placed, so there is a very limited time-frame in which you can amend or cancel it. So, if you would like to make any changes, please contact the customer service team as soon as possible by phone or email. If your order has already been dispatched from our warehouse you can return it to us for a refund.
As soon as your order is placed, an order confirmation goes to the email address you entered in the checkout. If it is missing, double check your spam folder and add email@example.com to your contact book for future purchases. If it’s still missing, chances are there was something wrong with the order. Contact our customer service team via email and we’ll sort it out for you.
We use 100% organic cotton for all our t-shirts and for the majority of our shirts we use carbon neutral warehouses for production of these shirts.
Organic cotton is a natural, GMO-free fibre that uses less water than standard cotton. In addition, its production does not involve the use of chemicals (no fertilisers or pesticides) and encourages rotation of crops to keep soil healthier, more fertile and maintain humidity. Waste from the cotton ginning process is also recycled for the animal feed industry.

Our paper mailing bags are manufactured from responsible, sustainable sources to comply with FSC® certification. The paper is both compostable and degradable, and paper mailers can be easily recycled, making this an extremely eco-friendly option. And if it is thrown away it will degrade in 12 to 24 months.
Do not worry, if your currency is available from the dropdown list you will be charged in the currency that you chose and no exchange rate costs will be charged to you. Due to legal restrictions we will send you the amounts in the email correspondence and invoice in GBP.
